4 ORIGINAL ACTIVITIES TO ENTERTAIN YOUR KIDS @ HOME

4 ORIGINELE ACTIVITEITEN OM JE KIDS @ HOME TE ENTERTAINEN

The holidays are gradually coming to an end. So you've gradually exhausted all your options when it comes to entertainment@home, right?

That is why we, Vanessa from www.nooitgedachtland.be and Festiviti, thought it was important to help you bridge those last few days.

This way you can still provide your kids with a last injection of fun so that they can soon start a new school year beaming and with shining eyes.

Below are 4 original activities to keep your children busy at home.

You're welcome, we say!

1. ORGANIZE A SLEEPOVER (AND RENT TENTS TO DECORATE IT)

A nice way to spoil your child again before school starts again is to organize a sleepover. You can of course complete this by decorating it with sleeping tents. Nowadays you can find these everywhere, but wait, how about teepees (indoor or outdoor) with accompanying accessories in all kinds of themes? That sounds even more special, doesn't it? And doesn't your mini-human deserve that after such a terrible year? More info: https://www. Slaapfeestje.com/

2. MAKE APPLE DONUTS

Cut an apple into slices, make a hole in the center with a round cookie cutter and cover the 'donut' with all kinds of toppings. For the first layer you choose from chocolate, gingerbread spread, peanut butter, jam or all kinds of yoghurt and for the second layer you can go for fresh fruit, mini marshmallows and all kinds of sprinklers. Bon appé(l)tit!

3. ORGANIZE A BLIND TASTING

Do you want to go for great fun? Then go for a blind tasting where you - literally - present your blindfolded guinea pigs with all kinds of foods and they have to guess what they are. And? Are you going for a chip tasting where they have to guess the different flavors, a chocolate tasting or a healthy tasting? Everything is possible!

4. BUILD A STORY CAVE

Listening stories. Wonderful, isn't it? As if a voice takes you to a parallel universe where you experience an adventure while you are essentially still sitting in your living room. Incredible power of the mind.

And it will be even better if you listen to these stories in a specially built story cave (read: a fully equipped fairytale table camp).

Not that difficult to build in itself. After all, all you need is an inflatable mattress, lots of blankets, pillows, some battery-powered string lights, a wireless speaker and a mobile phone. And then you just have to listen and enjoy!

And if all that isn't enough, you can also let the kids enjoy an escape room from Festiviti! View all options here: https://festiviti.eu/pages/festiviti-escape-rooms

Have a nice start to school!
